Cell Phones NOT allowed at R. L. Young

Parents, we need your help. Cell phones are not allowed at school. Several have been taken up this week. Even if they don't work and children are just "playing with them" they should not be brought to school.
The phones that are taken up will NOT be returned until the end of the school year. This is non-negotiable. 
This policy can be found in the Talladega Ctiy Schools elementary handbook. Thank you in advance for your help with this problem.
