Marvelous, Motivating Meagan TOP AR Winner 2011

Meagan Wilson, 6th grader at R. L. Young, celebrated a year of reading accomplishments in a special way. She was the top point scorer for the school and was rewarded with a meal at a restaurant of her choice. Accompanying Meagan was her teacher, Mrs. French, her parents, and the principal. 

An Olive Garden employee overhead conversation about Meagan's accomplishment and surprised her with a special dessert. Thanks, Meagan for motivating the school and promoting that reading can be fun. You are leaving a legacy!
