NONSENSE WORDS...a way to practice!
Nonsense words are not really words, but letters put together to check a child's ability to blend letters together. The vowel is always "silent" and this skill can be tough for even great readers. Enjoy this powerpoint which allows for practice of this kindergarten and first grade skill.
