A GIANT THANK YOU!

Halloween has come and gone, the 2013 Fall Festival is over, and November has rolled in. But I must take a moment to thank you on behalf of all staff and students for the huge efforts to make this year's Fall Festival a success. In 3 hours time, the school raised $3,734.80.

SO, here is a GIANT THANK YOU to the following:
*All parent volunteers
*R. L. Young Ambassadors
*Students who helped with event
*those who donated ANYTHING to the Fall Festival
*those who brought someone to event
*our wonderful teachers who created themed baskets with the help of students for silent auction
*The scary crew that worked the Haunted Hayride led by Catrina Bates
Talladega City Manager Brian Muenger and Karen Mitchell for blocking off the street behind the school
*Paula Smith for overseeing the Silent Auction and getting so many wonderful things in which to bid
*All businesses that donated items
*our lunchroom staff who stayed to help and prepare food
*Mrs. Diane, Mrs. Mellon, and Mrs. Haynes for helping set up and store for next year
*Talladega Creek Baptist Church Ladies for baking yummy cakes for Cake Walk
*PTO officers who worked the entire night!

"Alone we can do so little; together we can do so much." Helen Keller
This quote says it best. Thanks to everyone for making a difference in the lives of our students.

Our PTO and school faculty appreciates YOU!
