Students at R. L. Young are encouraged to read on their own levels and in their spare time. After reading a book that they select from our library, they take a comprehension test. Their successes are recorded and after 75 points are earned (with an 85% in comprehension), students are invited to a pizza party.

I enjoyed this time with the group, but more than anything I am glad they like to READ!
