2014 State Superintendent’s Visual Arts Exhibit

Important Announcement

We ARE EXTENDING THE ART SHOW COMPETITION UNTIL DEC. 10. 

Please allow your child to participate.

All K-6 students are invited to participate in the 2014 State Superintendent’s Visual Arts Exhibit.

Facts to Know:

There are 2 categories:

1.     Category 1-2: dimensional work, which may include painting of any medium, 

drawing of any medium, or mixed media.

2.     Category 2: Photography or computer-generated work.

Size: maximum 26 X 30 inches including a mat (will be provided if you win)

No framed, stretched canvas, or heavy surface will be allowed or displayed.

The artwork will be displayed using Velcro and must be light and easily handled.

Student must put name, grade, and teacher’s name on the back of the artwork.

Artwork is due to your classroom teacher by December 10, 2014 by 8:00 a.m..

Teachers please send all artwork to the office on the morning of December 10^th.
