Ambassadors Ride in Style!

The R.L. Young Ambassadors rode in style on the First National Bank float during the Talladega Christmas Parade! They wore their red Ambassador shirts, and threw candy to all the children waiting to see Santa. Although some of our Ambassadors froze, but our dear Mrs. Thomas felt the warmth of the generator, that lit up the float!!!

Now that I have told you how much fun we had, I should probably tell you our names. The ambassadors who were in the parade; Janie Spratlin, Alyssa Key, Lucas Nunn, Sam Thomas, Ja’Korbein Porter-Keith, Sam Mann, Ashleigh Farmer, Erin Bailey, Kaitlyn Shaddix, Kaleigh Pody, and LaTerika Weed.

Some of our Ambassadors could not be there to enjoy it, because they were representing another group (cheerleaders). Bryan Arnold, a sixth grader at Young also had the privilege of riding on the Talladega City School System float with Superintendent Joanne Horton. He represented R. L. Young very well!
I hope you enjoyed hearing about the fun we had, and we all hope you will in a couple years have as much fun as we did. Thank you, First National Bank for allowing us to ride on your float and represent the best school ever!
MERRY CHRISTMAS!!!!
