Bluebell Creameries Treats Mrs. Cari Wilson AND R. L. Young

R. L. Young is so blessed to have highly qualified and dedicated teachers working with your children. On this week of Teacher and Staff Appreciation across the state, it is only fitting to recognize Young's Mrs. Cari Wilson, 4th grade teacher. She was recently featured in a Daily Home article about being selected as one of the state's sweet 16 Candidates for Teacher of the Year. You can read that article by clicking here.

On Thursday, April 28th, R. L. Young and Bluebell Creameries teamed up to surprise Mrs. Wilson with a school-wide ice cream party. This blog post shares the Daily Home picture of Bluebell's Mr. Chris Stephens (not our very own Coach) and Mrs. Wilson receiving her personal favorite flavors.

Enjoy these photos from Mrs. Wilson's Ice Cream Party. We are proud of her and ALL OF OUR TEACHERS!!

Isaac is proud of his mother!

Ice Cream that will last a long time at the Wilson home....maybe!

Children are excited that they will get ice cream, too.

Thanks, R. L. Young Ambassadors for helping distribute the yummy treats!

Having seen Mrs. Wilson teach, I can understand why she was among the top 16 candidates in the state. It is great to see the recognition for her and the schoolwide celebration.
